Nature, followed closely enough, teaches us how to live. NosyKaia begins there, with a single pod, grown in the Mananara Biosphere Reserve, on Madagascar's north-east coast.

We work with cooperatives in Analanjirofo, where each pod is scalded, sweated in wooden crates, and shade-dried by hand. Nine months of ripening.

This is not a story we tell for effect. It is simply how the vanilla is made, and why we chose it.

NosyKaia's founder was born in Madagascar and moved to the UAE at eighteen. Two rhythms of life, both hers: the raw, unhurried pace of Madagascar, and the openness of a country that gave her room to grow.
