A single vanilla harvest
Our vanilla grows in Mananara, a UNESCO protected Biosphere Reserve. One morning to pollinate. Nine months to ripen. Every pod carefully packed before it reaches you.
Each pod is chosen for its suppleness, its darkness, its woody perfume, then slipped into a glass tube to preserve its aromas.
Each box contains eight pods, gourmet grade, ready for your kitchen.

Sourcing at the source.
Our Madagascar vanilla pods are harvested directly with Malagasy cooperative. No middleman between the pod and the case.

Packaging matters.
Our vanilla arrives in glass : clean, sterilised, and made to last beyond its first life. When the time comes, wash with soapy water, sterilise in boiling water, and give it a new purpose.
