We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, in 1-2 days. Delivery is AED 18, added at checkout.

Orders are prepared with care and shipped promptly, the same attention that goes into filling every box goes into sending it.

Returns

Vanilla is a living, sensory & artisanal product. 

Please check your pods thoroughly before opening the tube, once opened, an order cannot be returned or exchanged. Natural variation, including a fine surface crystallisation, is a normal sign of maturity and concentrated vanillin, not a defect.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nosykaia.com with photo or video proof, and we will make it right. We’re unable to process claims without proof.
